UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

As a last chance, petitioner has to pay process fee within a week. If process fee is paid within a week, issue notice as per earlier order and list before this Court on 2.12.2008.

If process fee is not paid within a week, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber for non-prosecution against the unserved respondent.

However, Registry shall not wait for process fee till 2.12.2008 and the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber at the earliest after a week in case of non-payment of process fee within a week.
