The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th April,

2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Issue notice. In the meantime, operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 20th March, 2015 passed

by the High Court in Appeal from Order No.530 of 2014 shall remain stayed."

And lastly, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Registrar on 10th December, 2015 when the following Order was passed :

"The Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. However, Ms. Anushka Sharda, Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has stated that she will file the counter affidavit today itself. In case, the same is filed, office may receive it. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.2 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there are two respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents through registered A. D. M/s. Khaitan & Co., Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Counteraffidavit has been included in the paperbooks. A. D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent no. 2 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29.06.2016 filed rejoinder affidavit with the permission of the Hon'ble Court which is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete.
