In the meantime, collections made by way of transit fees on various forest produce is to be maintained in a separate account and a statement of such account in respect of the petitioners in the Special Leave Petition, shall be filed on the next date of hearing. Since the respondent-State has entered appearance by way of caveat, service of notice on the said respondent be waived. The respondents will be entitled to file their counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
