The matter abovementioned has been filed by Mr. M.R. Shamshad, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners against the Judgment and Order dated 30th March 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad at Lucknow in Writ Petition (M/B) No.12152 of 2009. There is delay of 478 days in filing the SLPs.
It is submitted that SLP (Civil) No.3189 of 2012 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th January 2012 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and further directed tag with SLP (C) No.3153031532 of 2011. It is further submitted that SLP (Civil) No. 29549 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28th October 2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings 28th October 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. .
It is lastly submitted that SLP (Civil) No.2016 of 2016 @ CC 760 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th January 2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice on the special leave petitions as well as application(s) for condonation of delay. The said matter is pending for hearing. A copy of Record of Proceedings 18th January 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. .
