"SLP(C) No.35807/2016

The unserved covers containing the notices have been received back from the respondent Nos.5,6 & 7 with postal remarks "Incomplete address". Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Await the return of service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos.14.

SLP(C) No. 35813/2016

The unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent with postal remarks "Incorrect address". Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the above respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

List the matter again on 24.03.2017."

It is submitted that as per tracking report, show cause notice has not been served on Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

It is further submitted that as per tracking report, show cause notice has been served on Respondent No.4 on 24th December 2016, but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on its behalf so far.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has neither filed fresh particulars of the unserved Respondent Nos.5 to 7, nor taken fresh steps for the service of notice to them so far.

SLP (CIVIL) NO. 35813 OF 2016

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has neither filed fresh particulars of the unserved Sole Respondent, nor taken fresh steps for the service of notice to him so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders.
