The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th
January, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that there are almost 900 similar cases pending in this Court involving identical questions of law and similar judgments.
Registry to verify this position and submit a report as to the number of cases involving identical questions that are pending in this Court and the status of service and pleadings in those cases.
Needful be done by Friday, 15th January, 2016."
It is submitted that 234 matters are pending with regard to the identical questions of law as per computer. Status of the matters and list of all the pending matters are enclosed herewith as Schedule 'A' and 'B' as directed by the Hon'ble Court.
