For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Office Report dated 27th June, 2013 is as follows: "The Office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 3rd May 2013, when the following order was passed. 'Despite specific direction on the last date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the necessary proof of service on the standing counsel - State of U.P., as directed on the last date. Similarly, the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to pay the deficit process fee of Rs.960/- and spare copies of the SLPs. The matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/directions.' It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed any proof of service with regard to serving the copies of SLPs on standing counsel for the State of U.P. as directed so far. It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also not filed process fee of Rs.960/- along with 96 spare copies of SLPs. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents. The default of the petitioner is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders."
