The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 18th March,

2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Respondent Nos.1,2, 5 to 7, 18 to 23 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is given to the respondent Nos. 11 to 15 to file the counter affidavit.

The Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 seeks and is given four weeks' time as last chance to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 4.2.2016 of this Court in respect of Respondent Nos.4,9,10, 17 and 25. The learned counsel shall also within the same period file the affidavit of valuation.

List again on 9.5.2016."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that the Counsel for Respondent Nos. 11 to 15 has on 13.04.2016 filed the counter-affidavit. The Counsel for Respondent No. 3 has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that the Counsel for the petitioner has on 22.04.2016 filed affiadavit of valuation but in terms of this Court's order dated 04.02.2016 he has not filed affiadavit with proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 4, 9, 10, 17 and 25 so far.
