This Special Leave Petition alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP has been filed by Mr. R.S. Jena, Advocate on 30th July, 2015 against the Judgment and Orders dated 20.2.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 150 of 2010, W.P.(C) No. 31599 of 2009, W.P(C) No. 15379 of 2013, W.P.(C) No. 7816 of 2013 and W.P(C) No. 7910 of 2012 which is barred by 62 days.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 13245 of 2010 entitled B.GOPICHANDRAN NAIR & ORS. Vs. DIST. TRANSPORT OFFICER,K.S.R.T.C.& ORS. alongwith connected matter arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.07.2014, when the Court granted leave and consequently the said SLP was registered as Civil Appeal No. 6517 of 2014 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 16.07.2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The applications alongwith matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
