The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 13th August, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Service is complete on respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 to 9 but no one has put in appearance.

Four weeks' time is granted to the Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 5 to file counter affidavit.

With regard to respondent No. 4, Ld. Counsel for the appellant to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service within four weeks.

List again on 16.10.2015."

It is submitted that Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are represented through Mr. Yogesh Kanna, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served Respondent Nos. 1, 8, 9 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has on filed Vakalatnama and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 but he has not obtain 'No Objection' from erstwhile Advocate Mr. Yogesh Kanna, hence Vakalatnama and Counter Affidavit of Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has not taken on record.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the Appellant has on 14th October, 2015 filed affidavit of service alongwith proof of service in respect of Respondent No. 4 after effecting service on Central Agency, Supreme Court of India. Service of notice in the matter is complete.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
