Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the common nine respondents on 25.5.2015 through registered A.D. post as well as dasti. Respondent No. 5 is represented through Mr. M. Yogesh Kanna, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Anup Kumar, Advocate has on 7/8/2015 filed affidavit of dasti service along-with proof of service after effecting service upon respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 but no one has entered appearance so far. Counsel for the Appellant has not filed affidavit of dasti serv4444ice in respect of respondent No. 4 so far. Service of notice against respondent No. 4 is incomplete.
