The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the impugned Judgment and final Order dated 05.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CRM No. M20171 of 2015.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 147 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and a further delay of 71 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition and the Counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that in view of the undertaking/letter dated 04.07.2016, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 14.07.2016 filed copies of orders dated 06.10.2014 and 08.01.2015 mentioned in the impugned order. Copies of the same are enclosed herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
