Having perused the record and without going into the merits of the case, we allow the transfer of H.M.P. No.84/2017 titled as "T. Hari Hara Rao v. T. Kalpana**", pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House, New Delhi to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Rajam, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh.**

The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law.

The Transfer Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
