UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice, returnable on 29.07.2022.
Mr. Anand Nuli and Mr. Sharanagouda Patil, learned advocates appearing for some of the respondents accept notice. At their request, time of four weeks is granted to respond to the SLPs.
In order to facilitate response in both the matters, Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve papers in connection with the matter in SLP(C) No.7299- 7303/2022 upon the learned counsel appearing for respondents. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
It is accepted by the petitioner that at this juncture, amount representing compensation @ Rs.62 per Sq.ft. alongwith statutory incidents such as interest and solatium, can be released in favour of the respondents. The amount in that behalf be made over to the concerned land-holders within four months.
Subject to the aforesaid stipulation, the effect and operation of the judgment and order presently under challenge shall remain stayed.
