Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners and perused the relevant material.

Delay condoned.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that even if the decision of the High Court in Baru and others vs. State of Haryana is to be applied, the cut of 20% and reduction of compensation from Rs.250/- per square yard to Rs.200/- per square yard is highly excessive in view of the minimal difference of time between the acquisition notification in the case of Baru and others and the acquisition notification in the present cases.
