UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
According to the office report dated 20.06.2016, though vide communication dated 17.03.2015 defects were pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner to cure the same, no effective steps have been taken.
At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, further time of four weeks is granted to cure the defects, by way Signa presence vertical state opportunity, subject to the petitioner's depositing a sum Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) by way of costs to the credit of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.
Failure to deposit either the costs or to cure the defects within the stipulated time shall entail dismissal of the special leave petition for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
