Counsel for the appellants in the connected matters jointly submit that it is a matter of 2013 and their claim is in reference to the emoluments to which the members of the teaching faculties were entitled for under the law and 7 years have roll by now and their legitimate dues could not have been paid because of the pending litigation in this Court.

A joint request has been made that the matter may be listed before the Court for hearing at an early date.

Looking into the nature of dispute, I consider appropriate to list the matter for hearing in the 2nd week of April 2021 alongwith the connected matters.
