Leave granted.

These appeals challenge the judgment and order dated 06.04.2021

passed by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amravati in WP(PIL)

Nos.112/2020, 117/2020, 119/2020 and 147/2020, to the extent it issued

following Direction:-

"5. The sale proceeds should be deposited before the District Collector, Visakhapatnam who will keep the same in a fixed deposit in the name of the District Collector. Ordered accordingly."

Notice was issued in the matter on 30.04.2021, pursuant to which Mr.

Y.V. Ravi Prasad, learned Senior Advocate, appointed as Amicus Curiae

by the High Court; and Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, ASG, Mr. Nikhil Nayyar,

learned Senior Advocate, Mr. C. Sumon Reddy, learned AAG and Mr.

Mahfooz A. Nazki, Adv. for the State, have appeared.

Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Senior Advocate reiterated his submissions confined to Direction No.5, which were extracted in the order Considering the facts and circumstances on record, we direct as under:

"The sale as directed by the High Court in terms of its other directions shall be effected and after the sale proceeds are deposited with the District Collector, Visakhapatnam, the appellant shall be at liberty to file an application for withdrawal of the sale proceeds, subject to furnishing adequate and sufficient security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh."

The appeals stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
