The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Taken on board. Permission to file SLP without c/copy as well as plain copy of impugned order is granted. Issue notice. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Status quo obtaining as on today with respect to the property in question shall be maintained by both the parties for a period of three weeks. List the matter after two weeks."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 16/04/2015

through registered A.D. Post as well as dasti in addition. Mr. Manisha T. Karia, Advocate has on 22/04/2015 filed vakaltnama on behalf of respondent No. 14 but has not filed counter affidavit. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover have been received back from remaining respondents so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 23/04/2015 filed affidavit of dasti service with proof in respect of all the respondents but no one has entered appearance on behalf respondent Nos. 1 to 13 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 24/04/2015 filed certified copy of the impugned order dated 18/03/2015 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete by way of dasti.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
