It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 19.3.2013 in RFA No. 4163/2006 (O&M) is barred by time by 375 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC (C) Nos. 8045-8047 of 2014 Entitled State of Punjab & Anr. Etc. Versus Kamaljit Bahlla & Ors.

Etc. as both are arising out of common followed Judgment.

It is further submitted that Mr. Umang Shankar, Advocate has filed Caveat/Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent. Counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service copy of the petition on the counsel for Caveator/Respondent.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
