It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Anupam Lal Das, Advocate on 27.06.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 30.09.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2541 of 2005(O&M) barred by time by 176 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and permission to file additional documents, exemption from filing official translation.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 8045-8047 of 2014 Entitled State Of Punjab & Anr. Etc. Versus Kamaljit Bhalla And Ors Etc. as both are arising out of common relied upon order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 21.11.1990. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 01.07.2014 stating therein that the same is not necessary for hearing of the case and counsel has

requested to ignore the defects at his risk and responsibility.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
