UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
I.A.No. 36860/2023 in MA 959/2022 in MA 895/2022 in SLP(Crl) No. 614/2022
This application has been filed seeking further extension of interim bail, which was initially granted by this Court on 08.08.2022 pursuant to which he was released on 16.08.2022 and thereafter he is on interim medical bail and in terms of the last order dated 08.12.2022, he was to surrender on 12.03.2023.
We have learned counsel for the parties and find no reason to grant any further extension of interim medical bail. Let the petitioner surrender and file Surrender Certificate in the Registry of this Court.
As and when the Surrender Certificate is filed, the matter be listed before the Court.
