UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Delay condoned in CC Nos. 9655/2016 and 9743-9747/2016.
Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment is allowed in all the matters.
Application seeking exemption from filing official translation is allowed in CC Nos. 9743-9747/2016.
Issue notice on the petitions for special leave as also on the prayer for interim relief.
Permission is granted to effect notice by way of dasti on the Standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra.
In the meantime, parties are directed to maintain status quo, in respect of those who are already covered by the Scheme.
