It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 7685 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith connected matters on 14.03.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the Order dated 14.03.2016 is enclosed).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 31 days in filing the SLP against the Judgment and Order dated 23.12.2015 of the High Court of Bombay in writ petition Nos. 8183 of 2015, 10771 of 2015 and 2575 of 2015.

It is further submitted that the instant matters have been tagged with SLP (C) CC. Nos. 87408744 of 2016 as both are arising out of common Order.
