$\mathbf{1} =$ This court has passed the order dated 13.02.2023 in W.P. (C) No. 106 of 2023. On similar lines, we permit the petitioners to resign from the seats in the event the National Medical Commission decides to have another mop up round.
$2.$ In the event, the petitioners resign, the said seats
could be added to the mop up round.
List this matter alongwith W.P.(C) No. 106 of 2023.
