It is submitted by Mr. Dushyant Dave, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, that as the bail granted in his favour has been cancelled in the meantime by the learned Sessions Judge which has been affirmed by the High Court, the prayer made in this special leave petition does not survive. Needless to say, all the contentions can be raised in the special leave petition which has been filed assailing the order cancelling grant of bail.
