In the meantime, it is directed that the operation of the impugned order to the extent the benefits are extended for the age from 60 to 62 years, which time admittedly the respondent did not even work, are stayed making it clear that all other benefits must be remitted to respondent No.1 attached to the post of a Clinical Instructor till the age of 60 years, not later than one month from today, if not already paid.
