CORAM :

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KRISHNA MURARI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KAROL

For Petitioner(s) Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul, Sr. Adv. Mr. Arvind Nayyar, Sr. Adv. Mr. Kunal Verma, AOR Mr. Arjun Kant, Adv. Mr. Sooraj Sharma, Adv. Mr. Akshay Joshi, Adv. Mr. Shubham Pandey, Adv. Mr. Shaurya Dhodhiyal, Adv. Mr. Shantanu, Adv. Mr. Parmar, Adv. Ms. Taniya Mittal, Adv.

For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

It is vehemently contended before us that the finding recorded by the High Court that there was no authorization to the petitioner herein to file the criminal complaint on behalf of the society is based on totally incorrect facts.

If that is so, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the High Court itself by pointing out the incorrect facts recorded in the impugned judgment and order by making an application seeking remedial action.

At this stage, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner sought leave of this court to withdraw the special leave petitions with liberty to approach the High Court by filing a Review Petition.

Prayer made is allowed.

The Special Leave Petitions, accordingly, stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.

The liberty to approach this Court again in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed in the Review Petition is being kept reserved.
