For Ms. Asha Gopalan Nair ,Adv UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, on instructions, would submit that he would be making an appropriate representation before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay to consider the case for voluntary retirement from service or for resignation if some time is granted to him. In our view, if we grant the permission sought for by the respondent, it will not prejudice the case of either of the parties. : 2 :
Therefore, we permit respondent no.1 to make a representation, if he so desires, before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay for appropriate reliefs. If such representation is filed/made within a week's time from today, the High Court at Bombay is requested to consider the same in accordance with law within four weeks' thereafter.
