In our view, if we grant the permission sought for by the respondent, it will not prejudice the case of either of the parties. : 2 :

Therefore, we permit respondent no.1 to make a representation, if he so desires, before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay for appropriate reliefs. If such representation is filed/made within a week's time from today, the High Court at Bombay is requested to consider the same in accordance with law within four weeks' thereafter.
