Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has taken fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.7, 16, 18 to 20, 25, 34, 37 and 39 but not filed fresh particulars, despite last opportunity having been granted. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' more time, as last and final opportunity, to file fresh particulars in respect of the said respondents. If fresh particulars are furnished within the time granted, be processed as per rules and listed on 5.4.2023 else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
