UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Parties are amenable for an attempt at resolving the dispute through mediation. Parties have also agreed on the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madan B. Lokur, Retired Judge, Supreme Court of India.
Parties will appear before the Mediator after taking his prior approval.
In the circumstances of the case, we further order that the fees and expenses of the Mediator will be borne by the parties in the ratio of 30:70 (petitioners to bear 30 per cent and the respondent No. 2 to bear 70 per cent).
Place the matter with the report of the Mediator as soon as the report of the Mediator is received.
