3. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner states the service in respect of respondents No.2 to 5 may be dispensed as they are proforma respondents and seeks to delete the said respondents.

4. At the oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondents No.2 to 5 are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner. Cause title be amended accordingly.

5. Issue notice to respondent No.1 only.
