following order:

"Learned counsel for the appellant is finally granted two weeks' time for taking necessary steps for effecting service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal and also take necessary steps to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent no. 13 who is reported to be dead."

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has not furnished the correct &

latest addresses of Respondent Nos. 3,7,12,18, 22, 26 & 29 for effecting the NLPA has

also not taken any steps to bring on record Lrs in respect of deceased Respondent No.

13, so far.

The office Report on default is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber

for orders.
