This is an appeal by Special Leave filed against the judgment and Order dated 30th April, 2010 at the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.P No. 20662 of 2007.

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chamber on 29th April, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Deeptakriti Verma, Advocate has filed statement of case on behalf of Respondents. Mr. D. Mahesh Babu, Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (State of A.P.) has not filed statement of case so far and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32 (2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and its proviso, where a Respondent does not file statement of case within time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case.

It is also submitted that there are 105 respondents. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 are represented by Mr. D. Mahesh Babu, Advocate. Respondent nos. 4, 5, 7 to 11, 13, 15, 20, 21, 23, 24, 27 to 32, 34, 36 to 43, 46, 47, 49, 52, 54 to 59, 61, 65, 75, 80, 83, 86, 92, 95 are represented by Mr. Deeptakriti Verma, Advocate. Respondent nos. 3, 6, 12, 14, 16 to 19, 22, 25, 26, 33, 35, 44, 45, 48, 50, 51, 53, 60, 62 to 64, 66 to 74, 76 to 79, 81, 82, 84, 85, 87 to 91, 93, 94, 96 to 105 stands served at the SLP stage. But no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service is complete.

High Court vide its letter dated 3.07.2012 forwarded the Original Record for the reference of the Hon'ble Court.
