Heard.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in Original Suit No.129 of 2015 titled "Rani Gopaldas Punjabi & Another Vs. Bhawna Menghani" on the file of Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad shall stand transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Delhi for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for petitioner has made a statement that petitioner will not object to video conferencing prayer of the respondent to the extent permissible under the law.

The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Parties to appear before the transferee court on Monday, 11th December, 2017.

The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed with the above direction.
