The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 14122016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"T.P.(C) No.924/2015

Opportunity to respondent nos. 1,3 and 5 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. Respondent nos. 2 and 9 have already filed counter affidavit.

None appears for respondent nos. 4 and 6 to 8 despite due service.

T.P.(C) No.104/2016

Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent nos. 1 and 2 have not filed counter affidavit, as such further opportunity is declined.

None appears for respondent nos. 3 to 5,7,8 and 11 despite due service.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos. 6,9,10 and 12 within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. Dasti in addition is allowed.

List again on 30.1.2017."

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 924 OF 2015

It is submitted tha Mr. Shekhar Kumar, Advocate has on 18012017 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent NO. 4.

Service is complete on all the respondent.

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 104 OF 2016

Accordingly, Fresh notices were issued to Respondent Nos. 6, 9, 10 and 12 through Registered A.D. post on 09012017 as well dasti on 06012017.

It is submitted that notices have been delivered to Respondent Nos. 6, 9, 10 and 12 as per track report of Postal Authority.(Copy enclosed)

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit of dasti service.

It is also submitted that M/s. K.S.N. & Co., Advocates has already filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed by the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 has been received but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

It is lastly submitted that service on Respondent Nos. 5, 7,8 & 11 is already complete as per track report.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
