The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on

26th April, 2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"TP(C) NO.908/2015

Service is complete.

The ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has already filed counter affidavit in TP(C) no.924/2015 for respondent no.9 and he adopts the same in this petition also. Registry to verify and submit report. TP(C) NO.924/2015

Respondent nos. 1,3 and 5 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit. Copies of the pleadings be supplied to the ld. Counsel for respondent no.3 within one weeks time. Period of four weeks shall reckon thereafter.

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.9 submits that he has already filed counter affidavit. Registry to verify and submit report.

None appears for respondent nos. 4,7 and 8 despite due service.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 2 and 6 within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

TP(C) NO.104/2016

None appears for respondent nos. 2 and 3 despite due service.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 4 to 12 within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 9.8.2016."

TRANSFER PETITION (C) No. 908 of 2015

There is one Respondent.

It is submitted that Mr. Abhinav Malhotra, Advocate represent the sole Respondent. He has on 21-12-2015 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 9 in T.P. (C) No. 924 of 2015.

TRANSFER PETITION (C) No. 924 of 2015

There are nine Respondents.

It is submitted that M/s. D.S. Mehra, R.P. Goyal and Sachin Patil, Advocates filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 5 respectively but Counter affidavit has not been filed by them so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhinav Malhotra, Advocate filed Vakalatanama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 9 and has on 21-12-2015 filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on the other side.

It is also submitted that A.D. card duly signed by Respondent Nos. 4, 7 and 8 have been received back but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is lastly submitted that fresh notice to respondent Nos. 2 & 6 has been issued on 26-07-2016 by Regd. A.D. Post and the same has been delivered as per postal department track report (copy enclosed) but no one has filed Vakalatanama and Memo of appearance on their behalf till date.

TRANSFER PETITIONS (C) No. 104 of 2016

There are 12 respondents in the matter above mentioned.

It is submitted that M/s. K.S. N. & Co., Advcates has filed Vakalatanama and Memo of appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

It is further submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is also submitted that notice was issued to the unserved respondents Nos. 5 to 12 through Regd. A.D. Post on 01-06-2016.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from Respondent Nos. 5 to 12.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 to 12 in T.P. (C) No. 104 of 2016.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
