The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 9th

Februaryl, 2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent submits that he has also filed counter affidavit in petition no. 924/15 and same may be treated in this petition also. Copy of the counter affidavit be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner within a week. In T.P.(C) 924/15 respondent no. 1,3 and 9 to file counter affidavit within four weeks time. None appears for respondent no. 4 & 8 despite due service. Ld. Counsel Naveet kumar, appears for Sahil Patil, AOR appears on behalf of respondent no.5 and submits that he has already filed vakalatnama. If so counter affidavit be filed within four weeks' time. The petitioner to furnish copy of petition to the ld. Counsel within a week.Fresh steps for service of respondent nos. 2,6, and 7 within two weeks and notice thereafter. In petition 104, await service of all the respondents. List on 26.4.2016."

TRANSFER PETITION (C) No. 908 of 2015

There is one Respondent.

It is submitted that Mr. Abhinav Malhotra, Advocate represent the sole Respondent.

Service is complete.

TRANSFER PETITION (C) No. 924 of 2015

There are nine Respondents.

It is submitted that M/s. D.S. Mehra, R.P. Goyal, Sachin Patil and Abhinav Malhotra, Advocates filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 , 5 and 9 respectively but Counter affidavit has not been filed by them so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. card duly signed by Respondent Nos. 4, 7 and 8 have been received back but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is also submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 and 6

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 6.

TRANSFER PETITIONS (C) No. 104 of 2016

There are 12 respondents in the matter above mentioned.

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that i.e Petitoner in Transfer Petition No. 908 of 2015 and who is respondent no. 1 in Transfer Petition No. 104 of 2016 and is represented by Mr. Deepak Goel, Advocate. Hence service may be treated as complete.

It is also submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from Respondent Nos. 5 to 12.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 to 12.
