Ld. counsel appearing for respondent No.9 in SLP(C) No.8612/2021 submits that they do not wish to file their counter affidavit. Submission is taken on record.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.7 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 8612/2021 and respondent Nos.1, 7 and 8 in SLP(C) No.8613/2021 but none has entered appearance on their behalf.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that records reflect that there are ten respondents in SLP(C) No.8612/2021 and Ld. Advocate, Mr. Varun K. appears on behalf of respondent No.10, though the office report states that there are only nine respondents in the said SLP. This is an unfortunate position and shows non-application of mind by the concerned staff officials. They may be more cautious while preparing the office report to avoid such inconvenience to the Court.

Records reveal that counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of respondent No.10 in SLP(C) No.8612- 8613/2021.
