Await service in respect of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) $8612/2021$ . However, Ld. Advocate, Ms. Maitreyi S. Hegde behalf of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) appearing on is No.8612/2021. She seeks time for filing vakalatnama and

counter affidavit. Vakalatnama be filed within two weeks and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.2 to 6 in SLP(C) No. 8612-8613/2021 for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.7 to 9 in SLP(C) No.8612/2021 and respondent Nos.1, 7 and 8 in SLP(C) No.8613/2021 but none has entered appearance.

Registry to verify and make the necessary correction.
