Issue notice limited to the question of correctness of the impugned order relating to Show Cause Notice dated 20.04.2010 in regard to the question of limitation, on question relating to penalty, and the question relating to the impugned order arising out of Show Cause Notice dated 17.10.2011 which the appellant contends was not served on it.

Issue notice on application for stay also.
