UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

These batch of special leave petitions have been filed by Government of NCT of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and some other agencies of the NCT of Delhi, against various orders passed by the High Court of Delhi somewhere in the years 2015 to 2018, declaring that the acquisition of land in each such case stood lapsed under Section 24(2) of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short the "2013 Act").

We are informed that several such other matters filed by the above-named Government authorities are pending before this Court. The issues that arise for consideration in all these cases are common.

We have heard learned Additional Solicitor General on behalf of the petitioners. Before we entertain these Special Leave Petitions, we deem it appropriate to direct the Special Secretary, Land and Building Department of Government of Delhi, to file a comprehensive list of all the pending Special Leave

Petitions/Review Petitions/IAs/MAs in the matters pertaining to the lapsing of acquisition under Section 24(2) of the 2013 Act. The above-named officer may obtain the details of pending cases from the Delhi Development Authority or other governmental agencies and then furnish the comprehensive list.

Needful shall be done within four weeks.

Registry is also directed to find out the pending matters filed by the NCT of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and other agencies of the NCT of Delhi and list them before one Bench after obtaining necessary orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.

Learned counsel for the parties shall be at liberty to inform the Registry of their cases for the purpose of clubbing and listing before one Bench, as directed above.
