The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble court on 27.07.2015, When the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Appeal admitted.

Hearing expedited.

By virtue of the impugned order, the appellant is required to pay Rs. 111 crores (approximately) along with interest. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to direct that the operation of the impugned order is stayed subject to the condition the appellant deposits an amount of Rs. 100 crores in the Registry within a period of 12 weeks which amount the respondents would be at liberty to withdraw on furnishing a bank guarantee for the same."

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 16102015 filed lodgement of Schedule alongwith two cheques amounting to Rs.100 Crores (in total) in the Registry. Counsel for the respondent has not taken steps to withdraw the aforesaid amount in view of the above said orders in the matter so far. Orders are solicited regarding investment of this deposited amount of Rs. 100 Crores.

The office report for directions for investment of Rs. 100 Crores is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
