UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents seeks some time to furnish the necessary bank guarantee pursuant to the order dated 27.7.2015.

In the circumstances, we direct the Registry to keep the amount deposited by the appellants pursuant to the above-mentioned order in a fixed deposit account for a period of three months with any Nationalised Bank to enable the respondents to take necessary steps to furnish the bank guarantee.

Office report is ordered accordingly.
