By virtue of the impugned order, the appellant is required to pay Rs. 111 crores (approximately) along with interest.

In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to direct that the operation of the impugned order is stayed subject to the condition the appellant deposits an amount of Rs. 100 crores in the Registry within a period of 12 weeks which amount the respondents would be at liberty to withdraw on furnishing a bank guarantee for the same.
