UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we think it appropriate that the petitioners should submit a representation before the competent authority of the State Government, which shall deal with the same in accordance with the judgments and orders passed from time to time by this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to annex the said judgments and orders, particularly, the order passed on 23rd February, 2018. The representation, if filed within two weeks from today, shall be dealt with by the competent authority preferably within three weeks therefrom.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
