It is submitted the Writ Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 28.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Among seven respondents herein, service of respondent Nos.4 to 7 is complete but none has entered appearance. Vakalatnama for respondent No.2 has been filed. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are yet to be served. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 12.1.2016."

It is further submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, fresh show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 and 3 by speed post but no one has entered appearance on behalf of said respondents though served with notice.

It is further submitted that Mr. Mohan Kumar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 6 and 7 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2.

Service of notice is complete.

The Office Report regarding service position/ non-filing of counter affidavit is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar.
