The application for discharge on behalf of counsel for the petitioner has already been allowed by the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 07.09.2015 in SLP(C) Nos. 8935,10412,10417,10419,10422 and 12212 of 2014. Registry to issue notice for alternative arrangements to the petitioners in all the petitions.
In other connected petitions also the petitioner has not taken steps to effect the service on the unserved respondent. Counter affidavit of respondent no.2 in SLP(C) No.8661/2014 is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time as last opportunity.

Respondent no.1 of SLP(C) Nos.10417,10419 and 10422 of 2014 and also respondent no.1 & 3 of 12212 of 2015 have failed to file the counter affidavit despite the warning of last opportunity served upon them. Opportunity for the same is hereby declined. Presence and pleadings of all other respondents in these petitions are otherwise complete.
