UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We find no merit in these special leave petitions and the same are dismissed.
However, appointment of any of the petitioners affected by the impugned order, when applies in future, pursuant to any advertisement, the Union of India shall consider age relaxation in their favour as provided under the law.
The applications for discharge of Advocate-on-Record are allowed.
As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
