UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr Ravindra Bana, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner is present. In SLP(C) nos. 21198, 21572 of 2012 steps have been taken by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner for substituted service by way of publication on unserved respondents. However, report is to be received. It be processed before the ld. Registrar in Chambers for appropriate orders as per rules.

It is also reported that in SLP(C) no. 21583/2012, the ld. Counsel has cured the defects. It be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. -4-

In SLP(C) no. 21625-28/2012, process fee and spare copies are to be filed by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner. Steps be taken within three weeks.

In SLP(C) no. 9966/2013, office has pointed out certain defects. The ld. Counsel has undertaken to rectify the same today itself. Registry to take note of it and place it accordingly.

The ld. Counsel for the served respondents seek four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Time as prayed for is granted.
